General Rule
Due to the nature of proxy services, bandwidth usage is irreversible.
Refunds are generally not available once services have been used.
Eligible Refunds
Refund requests may be approved if, within 7 days of purchase:
- The service was never used
- A technical issue prevents access
- A duplicate payment occurred
Non-Refundable
Refunds are not provided for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect plan selection
- Customer software issues
- Account bans from third-party websites
- Partially consumed bandwidth
