Service Description
ProxIPace provides access to residential, mobile, ISP and datacenter proxy services for lawful business and personal use.
Access is provided on a subscription and/or usage basis.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
Account Registration
Customers must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Be at least 18 years old
- Comply with applicable laws
Customers are responsible for all activity performed through their account.
Service Availability
Proxies are provided on a best-effort basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous uptime
- Specific IP availability
- Specific locations at all times
- Uninterrupted access
Network performance may vary.
Prohibited Activities
Customers may not use ProxIPace for:
- Illegal activities
- Unauthorized access to systems
- Malware distribution
- Phishing
- Spam
- Fraud
- Credential stuffing
- DDoS attacks
- Copyright infringement
- Distribution of harmful software
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Abuse Handling
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts
- Terminate access
- Block traffic
- Cooperate with lawful investigations
without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxIPace shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid during the previous 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
